The down side is that it has flood damage (salt water) from Hurricane Ike. Is it worth the time and effort to buy a salt water flooded scoot? jburrell Posted March 30, 2009 Share #3 Posted March 30, 2009 Also all the metal will eventually rust out quickly becasue salt water is in everything that had a pinhole opening and salt water is on every hidden creavice.
