For getting the rims laced, get all parts together & hit a Bicycle shop to get it done.

I've laced up and trued spoke wheels many times. I'd be happy to do it. I'm a ways away from you though. Hit up a bicycle shop first.

Do it yourself!!!!!

I did same thing years ago. It's not that hard, just pay attenction. I made a trueing stand out of a couple of two by fours and use pieces of coat hanger to check of out of round .

Just buy a spoke wrench and have at it!!!!!
