hey guys, ben a loooong time since ive been on here.....lots happened since i last logged in....old job went away, decided to take the plunge and do my own thing, 1-1/2 years later, im so freakin busy fixing other peoples bikes i hardly have time to ride mine!!!!!..oh well, cant complain too bad, and it gives me more time with my family, so it's a good trade:thumbsup2: anyway.....ran into a lil prob w/ "ol' blue".....started last fall right before winter, but its really prominent now.....seems like when the motor fully gets up to temp, i loose 2 cylinders, and i'm thinking either pick-up coil, or cdi, because when it does its thing, tach drops to zero, but it still idles really lumpy, but as soon as you give it barely any throttle at all, everything comes back.....only happens below 12-1300 rpm....i know i can fix this, but i am swamped!!!!!, so if anyone has run into this before, gimmie a heads up on it so i dont have to spend 2 days with a meter chasing this little bug:headache: just to let ya know.....87 v/r, 46k on the clock....new plug wires/caps/plugs last fall....good carb synch....i am positive this is electrical, and not fuel related, so.....lemme know what you guys think, ok?? thanks,....joe
