bypassing kickstand switch

I want to remove the kickstand, but i'm not sure how to bypass the switch . Can someone tell me how?

There are three wires in the kickstand switch.

When stand is up, all three are connected.

I have not bypassed the switch on my RSV, but on my previous Yamaha when it got old the switch stopped working. So I followed the wires back to their first connector, cut them just down from the connector, soldered them together, and put some heat shrink over them. It was just under the pop off side cover. From then on when ever I parked it, I would pop off the cover, pull the connector and put it in my pocket, so if anyone ever tried to hot wire it to steal it, it would die ever time they put it in gear.
