Never have named my bikes. Not sure why, just haven't. It is a water cooled 103 and I put 10,000 KMs on her last summer. I am not sure about heat as this is the first one I have owned. Hotter than the Venture for sure but not unbearable as some have said. Maybe I just don't get caught in traffic. lol
All I know is I always wanted a Harley and now that I have one I love it and can hardly wait for spring. Had the Venture 11 years and loved that bike as well.
Wish I could have kept them both but retirement wages just wouldn't allow for that. (ha) Thanks for the good comments and it is a real nice color when you see it live.
and I love THIS bike Rel!!!!!!!!!!! just beautiful my friend!!! :clap2::dancefool:gotta ask ya, how much ride time ya got on er? i may be wrong but your scoot appears to be one of the new watercooled exhaust valve HDs? have you got enough touring saddle time to pass judgement on that system? got any inside info you wanna share with your ol buddy? very very good lookin scoot bro!!!
ps,, got a name for her?

Love This bike. Back in the day my friend owned this and I had a Yamaha 750 Special. We traded bikes for a weekend with the possibility of a permanent trade but he decided to keep the Goldwing.

Anyone that has met Gary knows how big his heart is and he would do this for anyone.
Thoughts and prayers for Larry for a speedy recovery. Still can't believe people could leave not knowing if someone is hurt or even worse.

I mailed it to Trader in Tichborne.

I sent it to Steve just now. If Yamamike calls you Carl it is gone! I don't think he wanted it that bad at this time.
At least that is what I think after sending him messages.
Thanks Relic
Call Relic, John Downton, he has mine. Maybe he'll send it to you. -

Well said Bob. I have met a lot of good people on this site including you and Becky. Moved to a new bike but just had to renew tonight to stay in touch on this site.
Miss the group.
Just wish they would stop beating down our dollar so we could maybe come visit. LOL

Bad news Dave. Hope you make it home tonight as we will be there. I know you said you would leave the light on so I will tell Bernie to leave it on for you. lol
No, seriously hope all is good for you. I would think battery just because of the age. See you tonight.

Very nice. There is nothing like getting the bike you have always wanted. Enjoy

Sorry to hear you are still having issues with the Spyder. I know nothing about auto but would think if something is out of balance then it is always out of balance until fixed. Would not come and go? Glad to hear that I am not the only one helping out the police benevolant fund but my ticket to the ball would be first class compared to the cheap seats you will be in. lol If you stayed at the 130 mark you would have just beat me. Hope you get it all worked out with the trike.

Phil: Go talk to Brad Tuckett. I gave him a couple of headsets from the venture because they would not work on my Harley. (I ordered new lower cords and still did not fit so bought new headsets) I'm sure he would probably loan you a headset for your trip.

My 2014 Ultra does not have a switch but it is interesting that you direct this to harley bikes only. I have had 7 bikes in my lifetime (this is the first harley ) and the only two bikes that had the switch was my 2004 rsv and my 1978 yamaha 750 special. I like the safety feature of the switch and wish the new one had it but the majority of bikes do not have one. In 40 years of riding only left the kickstand down once and that was on my 1983 goldwing. First lean left and you knew it right away. Lucky not to crash it. I agree that it should be mandatory on all bikes no matter the size.
Finally gave up Venture for Goldwing
