  1. Hello, I have an 83 Venture and replaced the fuse box two years ago. Had issues with headlight and then my boyfriend added LEDs for me. He wants to change it from ATC to ATM. However he is concerned with how it should be wired. I wanted to ask if anyone had pics of the original buss fuses and where they went and how it should look when replaced?? Also, any advice is welcome. Thank you in advance. Mel
  2. Everything seemed to have a lot of torque, but in the end stubborness prevailed. My son and husband had to lend a hand at times (mostly for muscle) and now she's running great, and most importantly she STARTS and I think the clutch is stiffer than when I bought it last year. Thank you everyone! Your tech files and pictures were invaluable. YouTube is great, but the tech files here are worth every penny of the subscription.
  3. Now that the new cylinder is in, what do I do about the oil that came out when I opened up that compartment?
  4. I ordered a set of the extended ones, but picked up the long hex wrenches as well to have on hand for anything else I encounter. The slave isn't out yet, but hopefully soon and then I can start tackling that starter. Thank you!
  5. So, I'm not having luck getting these screws out with my Allen wrenches. I'm guessing I need to invest in some extra long ones. I also have to replace the starter and I'm wondering if anyone has pictures of this to help guide me. I've never worked on bikes before so I'm learning from here and You Tube. The speedo cable was no problem. Now I'm getting in over my head.
