  1. PKR any updates to this? I am very interested in this especially if you go ahead with the group buy here!
  2. Sure they are, i just received that email the other week, i just replied to an old thread. I am not sure what is wrong with the links, search for them in the web browser, you will find them. I am seriously considering this, but i also do not want to buy a Harley or goldwing, so the more of us Yamaha riders hound them the sooner they will make a kit for our bikes.
  3. This is a message i recieved from TMW. I asked about a kit for a 88 Venture Royale. Hi Ron, Thank you for your interest in Tilting Motor Works. Our inventor, Bob, converted his Vmax for the Bonneville Salt Flats and earned 2 landspeed records! Currently, we offer conversions for most Harley-Davidson’s and Honda Gold Wing GL1800’s. In the future, we will expand to other makes and models and we have mad many requests for Yamaha’s. Keep an eye on our website and Facebook page and we will post this information as it becomes available. Cheers, Natalie Held Tilting Motor Works, Inc. 1824 Bickford Ave., Suite C Snohomish, WA 98290 www.tiltingmotorworks.com www.Facebook.com/TiltingMotorWorks
  4. Rick thank you, this cleared up and answered many questions. I did find out that all of the extra gizmos that were added on top of my air box were controls for lights and trailer accessories. Thanks again to everyone who replied to this!
  5. Thanks Rick, later this week when our temps rise again, since I have an unheated garage, I will do some more looking into this. I did have it out this last Saturday, other than a high idle it does seem to run well at lower speeds, under 40, thanks again.
  6. Thanks for the comments guys, I do have a better idea on what the Tugs does. Once the riding season, here in Minnesota kicks off I will get more of an Idea of what it does, thanks.
  7. Please excuse the mess on the motor and wiring, these are all on my todo list, lol. The main reason I am here in this Forum is to borrow from the collective wisdom here. The bike also has many flaws on the fairing that i will address in the years to come, for this year i want to concentrate on getting the bike running good.
  8. Here are a few pics of the Tugs system i have on my bike.
  9. Hello, I have an 88 venture royale, that has the Tugs Induction system on it. I have been trying to get some information on this, it seems they are no longer around? I seen in an older post it said it was supposed to increase MPG and performance. I noticed it has quite a few more electronic mounted to the top of the air box, or am i mistaking this for something else? Any information anyone can share with me would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
