Leaderboard

Our kitchen is decidedly lacking in counter space. The spot next to the range where we keep the recycle/garbage bin is about the only area it is feasible to add any horizontal surface at all. I'd been thinking about building this for a while, but just got to it yesterday. Some wood filler on the nail holes, milk paint, and Renaissance Wax are all that's needed to finish. That'll will probably be more work than building the stupid thing!

I finally had some free time to hit the range with the 6mm ARC build. The final build was as pictured in my OP but I had swapped the Mil Spec trigger for a Rise Armament, Rave140 trigger. After getting the scope dialed in at 100 yards with no suppressor, I installed the JK Armament VERSA X .30 cal can and had 4 rounds left in the magazine. The group, while off aim point was stupid tight. All four shots are completely covered by a nickel. Under 1/2 MOA! I'd call that solid. I'm waiting for the NFA tax to go to $0.00 in January to pick up the SILENCERco Omega 300 can that is going to live on this upper before I adjust the scope to match the can.
