Mounts were a combination of Harley mount bracket, older Royal Star sissy bar mounts, and tube stock. I don't fabricate so had it built and chromed, wasn't cheap but if you can fabricate it's not a big chore. Here's a pic...Your bike is beautiful. I have 98 RSTC. I'm so jealous.
