Suggestions?

I got an 09 RSV a couple months ago and I'm loving it. Need some suggestions though. I like the idea of keeping the audio functional, but I don't really like the huge antennae, can anyone point me to the right thing to buy to replace those with the stubby type I've seen on some bikes?

 

Also, what is a good size for a cover? I know I could get out the tape measure, but if someone has a good recommendation, that would be great.
