2018 Yamaha Venture Trans Continental Gas Door wont open.

Greetings.

My 2018 Yamaha Venture Trans Continental Gas Door wont open.  Solenoid clicks when I press the button but door does not open.  I have tried holding the door down and wiggling the door when pressing the button with no luck.  Battery is fully charged.  I removed the 2 screws at the rear of the housing, but the other 2 screws are underneath the door that will not open.  Has anyone else had this problem?  If so. how did you solve it?  Any Ideas would be much appreciated.

I had a similar issue.  I had to basically pry up with my fingers. Once I got it open I cleaned the latch well with brake cleaner and the applied some light oil/grease.
