No Spark

Need help '05 Midnight no spark. This is what I have checked ignition switch, kill switch, and kick stand switch all OK. Pickup coil from stator ohms out to specs I switched out the ignitor unit with another bike and mine worked in his and with his in mine still no spark. I have not checked individual coils to spark plugs how would all 4 be bad at the same time. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

OK, the very first thing to look at is are there 12 volts on the primary of the coils (the Red/Black wire) with the ignition on? I am ass-u-me'ing that the bike does crank over...
