They do notice. I had one dude pull up next to me at a light and tell me he thought I had a short. I just ordered the Kisin HL modulator too. bobo Posted January 14, 2007 Share #3 Posted January 14, 2007 I just got the Tailblazer. Pop the cover off, remove bulb, put in Tailblazer bulb, replace cover and youre done. It comes with a replacement bulb too. Seems a bit brighter than stock and the flashes are quite noticable. I understand a lot of RS owners add the Harley License bracket light kit to their bike.
