jdog910 Posted September 8, 2015 Share #1 Posted September 8, 2015 I noticed the rubber plugs were loose. ( i could turn them around with a screw driver) not dry rotted or anything, but was wondering if that is the way they are supposed to be? if not, any idea of where to purchase those? Thanks guys!! Marcarl Posted September 9, 2015 Share #2 Posted September 9, 2015 Nope, they should be nice and snug. Should be available from your dealer at about $6 each. I do not suggest to use a sealer on them as the sealer might get into the jets and really screw things up.
lonestarmedic Posted September 10, 2015 Share #3 Posted September 10, 2015 New ones will be snug. No sealer! I dropped mine in a cup of clean fuel overnight then installed. Before dunking went in with little resustance. After dunking very snug. Each plug is about $5.50. And the flat spots on the plugs face each other on installation.
