Flash18 Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Okay, planning our route to Hot Springs SD for Sturgis. Would like some input on some nice travelling roads to get there. I was thinking of taking I-70 over to US 385 in CO and heading up that way. I have never been this route, and was wondering if anyone has information on the road conditions? Other road/route recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.
syscrusher Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 385 goes to Alliance, NE where you can see Carhenge but most of the route will be flat desert/grassland. Fort Robinson might be an interesting diversion........ If you're there at the right time of day I highly recommend a jeep ride.
