Posted pics wont load on the first try ?

Why does the posted photos that folks post only show up as a black

box with a spinning thing like its trying to load. then I always have

to close the box then the 2nd time I click them they open just fine

 

This happens on my Phone. my "NEW" desktop, my IPAD and Laptop.

This has been going on for about a year now for me.

Just wondering how many others?

Yep. They load on all three of my phones, my note. My two laptops and two desktops. And in the hotel lobby. And I just uploaded a picture using my phone.
