I was gonna buy it for 199.............' It seeems they have 5 or six skid loads of them and they have to get rid of them to make room... Guest scarylarry Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Ponch not meaning to start a debate, besides I never seen one in action but they don't look like they would very stable for tire changes and such..Maybe a cleaning.. Are they stable for a tire change?
Thom Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Yep , they are , but you need to use the straps , Brad pulled my rear tire off with out strapping the bike to the jack that why you see everybody holding on the bike , but after the tire was off it was ok . I have used it on 2nd gens too with Carbonone's lift adapter , it is a funny feeling having your bike that high but it makes it a lot easyer to work on , on a mark II it nice not having to pull the bags off too pull the rear tire .
