We lost an Icon today

It's a sad day today. We lost Walter Cronkite today. I remember watching him on the news. Back when they actually gave you news. He will be missed.

Cronkite was the most believable man in America.

Boy, did that change with his predecessor.

He will be remembered for a while.

He was one of the key reasons the U S never allowed the military to complete the mission in SE Asia. All politics to keep Walter from talking about it on the TV. I do not mourn his passing.
