Was that a Dare?? Or a Double Dirty Dog with pb&j dare??
Naw, just me being redneck figured I would try it out.
The peanut butter chocolate and bacon shake from Sonic is also good!

Just got done eating at Billy & Ikes here locally and had the Bacon, peanut butter and jelly dog. Really good!

A good quality fuel line from your local auto parts store is fine. Not high pressure as our bikes are not fuel injected.

WOW! OK, I have done the plastic welding with my soldering iron, and that worked really well; however, this looks a heck of a lot easier! Heading to Hobby Lobby to pick up some styrene rods to try this out sometime soon.
Will styrene meld with ABS? I have a cracked rear arm rest to try it out on.....

Have thought a bit lately that if I ever replace the RSV, that I might like to get the CCT.
You sir have a nice looking bike there in my opinion, and the color is great! Boomer Sooner!

Great video!
So is this a rally? What happens at this event?

Lubbock is also a little south of where my ride takes me in May. If you want to ride a couple hundred miles north, out-o-texas...then we can make that work.
Oklahoma? There are a few of us here who could possibly meet up with ya sometime in the Tulsa area...

Without going into a long dissertation, 40% is generally the retail mark up on most items, but it's getting killed by online etailers. We all like a deal, but think of it this way. The dealer has to pay for overhead... rent, utilities, payroll, equipment, toilet paper... Etailers don't have to. Yes, some do have brick and mortar's, but walk in and see if you can get the same deal the first time through the doors. When a B&M on the east coast sells something to a one time customer on the west coast at 10% over, it's found business. He still has to rely on local business to keep the doors open. Now if you want to blame someone for the high prices try Yamaha. Some of the prices on their parts are insane...
I used to work at a couple local Yamaha dealers in the parts department. Most Yamaha parts retail was double dealer cost. Some items this was not the case, but most were. Not sure if this still holds true, as my last year on that side of the counter was in '99. Trick is if you can build a relationship with the dealer, most will give you up to %25 discount. Now that being said, I shop around for the best deal on any parts I buy. Why wouldn't you?

Had lightening just hit a tree in our yard. Tree is about 50ft tall and 3ft in diameter. Trunk is completely bare, the bark exploded off from top to bottom of trunk, as well as it is split from top to bottom. Never seen anything like it.
-
I re-routed the cables to go under the top tree, took a few tries to get the right routing but now I doesn't stick at all at full turn.
When you say under, what do you mean? Pictures?
Thanks,
Rod

All this devastation really makes one appreciate friends and family. Praying for my fellow Okies and yes even our neighbors over in Arkansas. Stay safe, and hug your family a little tighter tonight.
