U.S. Features/Additional Features :
Single-point audio control system for AM/FM radio, cassette, 6 disc CD changer and intercom is MP3-compatible and headset-ready. The system also includes a Star-branded iPod touch (8GB) with an iSimple SolutionsTM audio interface by AAMP of America.
Canada :
Clarion AM/FM cassette stereo features automatic volume control (AVC), 18-FM presets, 6-AM presets, covered cassette deck and remote controllers for rider and passenger. There is a front auxillary plug-in for an MP3 player.
We don't even get a free CD-Changer and the US has both CD-Changer AND iPod w/interface and we pay more !
Canada gets Metallic Black M as the colour. Don't know what "Intense Black" means.
It's English for Metallic Black:confused07:

It's a joke, and Yamaha still does not listen to anyone. The strat's reviews last year were a lack of cruise control that every bagger now has available, yet not the strat.
The Venture, another rehash with new paint.
No offense meant to you that love the Venture, but IMHO, what should be the least expensive touring bike is was over priced.

I left the house the other day, knew I forgot something, well, a mile and half down the road I realized it was my helmet. Back to the house...

Nope, but the 2012 are actually 3 tone color, with everyone of them having that silver right in the middle of white or blue or red. Actually on the black, not so bad.
I think I will pass on the popo colored bike George...

Not to hijack your thread, but I will say that I had to have at least 50lbs in the cooler to keep the trailer from swaying. It may be because the hitch has the tongue to high or whatever else??
If you decide to put a hitch on, call me first, I can save you a major headache!!
-
Not robbing the thread here, just curious of the mileage you get ? I guess these would be the RSTD of the Goldwing style ?
The best I have had was 39, the worst was 25 while pulling the camper at a certain speed that may or may not be slightly higher than the posted speed limit...

Holds almost 7 gallons of fuel. The only thing it is missing is cruise control. Calls for radial tires as well.

I bought these from cyclegear, they are vented and I hate hot feet!
http://www.cyclegear.com/spgm.cfm?L1=5000&L2=41&L3=167&L4=170&item=PAR_3403-0052_G
And they made them in 14's which a lot of companies do not make.

I am not buying that trailer after all as I bought 1Roosters camper instead.
-
Just buy a Valkyrie:whistling:
-
Happy anniversary you two!!

I think that trailer can easily be made with a rack to carry bikes and kayaks for that matter. I believe there are many possibilities with it.
sry Tx, the rally wagon is correct.

Prayers for you and your family Don.

The cargo trailer

What do you think of this?
This one.

I have a 6cyl 3 liter 2007 Escape and I used it to pull a 12 by 6 Continental Cargo trailer to haul my G1 85 Venture around and it also worked great as my garage. My Escape pulled my trailer and Bike fairly well on flat land but when i was going thru steep inclines or into stiff winds the gas mileage and performance sucked! The Continenetal Cargo 12 by 6 only weighed about 1200 lbs and with the bike on it it was a around 2000lbs. I think your 4 cyl would have trouble pulling this setup as my 6 grunted sometime.
Brian
The problem with your escape is that the trans is a CD4E, same trans tat was in the contour and mazda 626. Typical failure rate is around 70k. That does not mean you will only get that mileage, but you cannot change your filter for one, and 2, that trans is one of the worst on the market. the 2-3 clutch drum is a 1 piece 2 sided drum made from stamped steel. I would not recommend towing a mini bike.
Please take no offense as I am not trashing your vehicle.
