Hey Don, Thanks for the help on the TCI, my son was able to find the bad diodes and replace them. We ended up cutting a access on the top (bottom?) of the unit and then sealing it back up.

I did have a question on your homemade exhaust cooper gaskets. What size cooper pipe did you use and where did you find it? (all I can find at Home Depot and Lowes is small stuff)
