  1. Diane and I are planning on riding all of the Skyway & Blue Ridge Parkway this summer. I know a lot of you have done this. We are planing on staying the first night in Front Royal in Virgina. Has any one stayed in that area before? I see there is a Super 8 any others?

The next stop would be Peaks of Otter It's about 192 miles, I'm not sure if we can cover 192 miles of Skyway & Blue Ridge Parkway in one day. Has any one done this before? How many miles can one cover in one day on the Ridge? Has anyone stayed at the Peaks of Otter Lodge or the Doughton Lodge or the Mt. Pisgah Lodge?

Any information will be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you :sun:

  3. Me and my brother have 2nd gens 02 and an 04. We also notice that horribly glare from the OD light. Years ago when I first purchase mine when doing some wiring under the fearing I found the little OD jewel, and tone it down some just so that I can see it in the day time. (If I put my had over it) night time just right. Why better then that thing glaring me in the face and off the windshield. I use paint until I had it just right. On my brothers we used some kind of film. They both worked. I thought that the paint would weakling but it has been on for about 5 years now, I believed I use black heat resistance paint. dipped it once and checked it and dipped it again. Now I had it just right for my eyes. :080402gudl_prv:

  18. OK, while I'm gettig all this good advice, What are some good anti-viruses to load? I had Norton, adware, and Spybots before......:usa:
Used them all I have AVG on 4 machines, been using it for 5 years now. It's like 35.00 for 2 years (advance)for one machine, it may have went up in price, not sure. I saw it in Sam's club last week for $27.00 for two years (basic) I did use the free one for two years and like it so much I purchase the advance with spyware built in. AVG is the only anti-viruses I will use now.
