I have only had my since May. I love it and just got back from a 1700 mile trip from Nevada to the Washington Canada border. It performed like a charm. I bought this bike with only 3000 mile on it and paid 8000. It was work the price. As farm as problems with the bike, I would ask the seller if you can take it to the dealer and have it looked at. That is what I did. I also asked and received the service record. The dealer helped me with that with the VIN number. That would be my advice for now.
