It is 7 pin. I sourced and corrected my problem. Yamaha connected the alarm to the com port. Once I figured it out and switched connections everything worked. Only issue is echo when talking to passenger. Anyone let me know if I can get rid of the echo.

I recently purchased the J&M bluetooth dongle and headsets for my 2018 Eluder GT. You also have to purchase an accessory cable from Yamaha. I am not getting any audio output to the unit or headsets. I plugged it into the driver's plug to check it and it works. I purchased another Yamaha cable thinking the first one may be bad. Nothing works. J&M has no idea. Don't see how I could have connected the Yamaha cable incorrectly. It plugged into the last connector on the left side under the saddle bag. Can any Venture riders confirm this connection? The connections look the same and are located on the same side. I'm out of ideas. I guess the Yamaha wiring could be faulty. Guess anything is possible. Love to hear ideas if anyone has any. Thanks!
