Pics of my air horn after installation. I used 3/4"x3/4"x1/16" aluminum angle stock. After install and riding, I realized that the stock was too thin and wasn't going to hold up. I am going to go with either 1/8" thickness or steel next time. I used the same bolts that came out of the passenger footrests to mount the bracket. I used 1" plastic spacers from home depot to offset the bracket from the plastic and the frame. Ground was made by putting a wire connector between the horn and the bracket. The bracket is grounded by the bolts to the frame. For safety, I attached a zip tie to the back of the horn around the frame in case the bracket failed and the horn tried to fall off (yes, this happened with one when a bolt came loose, oops). Painted all the parts black to match the midnight scheme, including disasembling the air compressor on the horn and sparying it too. Touched up after install. I did the same thing on the left side, but the bracket had to be longer because of the mount for the horn being further back.
