Saddle bag rails

I though i had seem two methods for leveling off the saddle bag rails but can only find one. Anyone have any idea what happenend to the other. Any help or suggestions would be helpful.

Just loosen the screw in the front and push down on the outside rear corner until it is where you want it. I've done mine. Eventually I'll probably go about a quarter of an inch further. They're not quite perfect yet, but they're close.

 

It sure beats drilling holes.
