carb intake size

Does anyone know the size of the carb air intake on a 98 RSTD? I'm getting two different results when I search. 28 MM and 32 MM. 

I have had enough with the big ugly air box on this scoot! I'm changing to pods.

The original Royal Stars(1996 to 2001) hade 28 mm carbs.

Venture style Royal Stars including the Venture (1999 to 2013) and the Tour DeLuxe (2005 to 2010) had 32 mm carbs.
