TROUT ALMANDINE

Fresh trout filet, pan seared with toasted almonds and herb butter.

Includes soup & salad bar, choice of potato and fresh

vegetables. 21

A&W PETEZA BURGER

1965 classic. Grilled half pound Angus burger topped with pizza

sauce and provolone cheese. Served on a soft kaiser roll with

choice of chips, onion rings or cup of soup. 12

CHICKEN PARMIGIANA ALA DEAN MARTIN

Pan-fried Parmesan breaded chicken breast served over pasta.

Topped with fresh marinara sauce and broiled cheese. Includes

soup & salad bar, and fresh vegetables. 19

JOHN WAYNE'S SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS

Two pan-seared pork chops topped with caramelized onion gravy.

Includes soup & salad bar, choice of potato and fresh

vegetables. 21
