Update to tire replacement and Ride-On

I changed both tires last week putting an E-2 on the rear and E-3 up front.

Did not have them weight balanced, instead I added 8oz (one bottle) of Ride-On into each tire.

Spun the tires a few times before taking it off the jack, took it around the block then parked it until today.

 

Road into town and around some of the local winding back roads today and have got to say this is about the smoothest ride right out of the shoot I have ever had on my 99.

 

Within a 1/2 miles in to the initial ride the balance was near perfect and 95%+ of any vibration I had experienced before was gone.

 

I will never purchase a D-404 again because the mileage I got was so bad and will never use wheel weights again either.

 

I am sold on Ride-On and since it also adds puncture protection its a Win-Win all around.

Will have to see how far the E's will take me this year and will provide the long term results later in the year.
