Second Fuse Panel?

Recommended Posts

You have to remove the front right fairing (I know, 'cause I had to do that myself just yesterday). I blew the fuse to the auxiliary DC plug.

Pretty easy to do - remove the 3 bolts (two on the front of the fairing, one in the inside of the fairing). Then remove the fastener at the bottom of the fairing (plastic fastener, turn it a quarter turn and pull it down). Then (gently) pull the fairing straight out at the junction with the frame of the bike - don't yank too hard or you'll snap the pressure hook and wind up having to repair the ABS (which I had to do :whistling:).

Cheers,

Thanks Lou, I will give it a try later this week. I noticed last week that my cruise control is not working, no power and I figure it is a fuse. I don't use it very often but I'm going on a trip the first of May and would like to have it.
