Boulder Mountain - Hog's Back - Hwy 12

Great overnight trip Friday/Saturday to Southern Utah over Boulder Mountain and the Hog's Back (1.5 miles along the ridgetop with drop offs on both sides), then it gets steep and more curvy!

 

Further down we pass by (didn't stop this time) Bryce Natl Park and out through Red Rock Canyon. Hwy 12 is a Scenic Highway and has some fantastic views....good thing I had the photographer on the back so I could pay attention to the road, most of the time.

I still think Bear Tooth Pass has it beat, but not by much.....I'm going to go check it out in September, just to be sure.
