Vstar 1100 Starter Clutch - trying to help Nephew

I have a really cool nephew just finished several years with the Peace Corps and teaching at a school in Africa. He got home July 1st and is job hunting. Last year while he was home for a visit - he bought a used Vstar 1100. He has been home a week and the starter clutch is going out so I've been doing research. First, it is beyond my comfort zone to do the repair work and second, I need to get our new house ready by Aug. 15th so every spare moment is spent there. Plus, I live in Iowa and he is in Omaha. I willing to help him with buying the parts. Does anyone know someone in the Omaha/Lincoln area who repairs cycles on the side? From what I read due to the timing - you want someone who knows what they are doing.
