Drkngas Posted February 5, 2014 Share #26 Posted February 5, 2014 Too late now but I noticed you're in Houston. Next time try Global Motorsports ( http://www.globalcycles.com/ ). I've had them beat Dennis Kirks price and only charge me $35 to put them on. (maybe $45 now) Probably order another set of Avons before my May ride. Will check them out going forward even though they look like a pain to get to. I am out 290. Thanks. Edited February 5, 2014 by RAm5700
bluerstd08 Posted February 5, 2014 Share #28 Posted February 5, 2014 Darkside isn't all that bad. if you ride hard and really grind the twisties then stick to the E3, venoms and other high end MC tires. If you ride highways and baby the corners then a CT could work. I personally have been through 3 Ct on my Royals and with the exception of an ignorant installer blowing up a tire I have had no issues. All I can say is do you research because its definitely not for everyone.
