Need pic of proper installation, early RS Tour Classic saddlebags and guard rails.

Retrofitting both the Tour Classic saddlebag hardware, saddlebags, and rear guard rail set on a 1996 Royal Star Standard. To be clear, these are the factory saddlebags that came with the 4-piperTour Classic, and could be fitted to the Standard as well.

 

Problem is I need either the saddlebag installation instructions or a picture that clearly shows what spacer/washer/? goes between the fender "smile" and the saddlebag rack, because clearly they cannot be put together without something in there! Next, if you also are using the rear guard rails, how exactly the rail upper flange sits against the saddlebag rack.
