Idle mixter screw

Help: Can someone please me to the mixter screws on the four carbs on my 08 RSV so I can turn the screws out a 1/4 turn. I looked on tech page but can not find them. Thank you for your help in advance.

Look here http://www.venturers.org/Tech_Library/index.php?action=article&cat_id=002010&id=168. Shows good pictures of the carbs. It can be done without removing the carbs, just need a long screwdriver to pry off the caps.

I just did this yesterday on my 05 TD. You need to get yourself a good bright light source and a long flat blade screw driver. What you are looking for is a small brass cone shape with a tiny vent hole( actually they are the only brass in the area) on the sides of the carb bowls. Look through the gap between the carbs from the right side of the bike to see the plugs on the left side carbs and vice a versa for the right side carbs. Once you spot them stick the screw driver between the plug and the carb body and gently twist, the plugs will pop out and you can then see the adjusting screw. From what I have read 3-31/2 turns is usually a good starting point for adjustments, mine were 2 on the #1 carb 2 1/2 on the # 2, 2 1/2 on #3 and almost 2 on the #4. After I had turned the screws all the way in, I put a small dot on the handle of the screw driver so it would be easier to keep track of the number of turns I had made when making the adjustment. Thanks for your help and the thech address this really helps. I know now it'll be pretty easy to do. I'll attack this and check the sync in the nest couple of days.
