ADC Posted October 30, 2008 Share #1 Posted October 30, 2008 In Tae Kwon Do that is, My little guy and I tested and passed to the next belt level,I have a blue belt and Josh now has his red belt.Josh is really into this stuff and catches on fast he's been in it just over a year and his next test will be for brown belt.I'm doing fairly well for my age but I think I could have done a whole lot better if I started at 10 . For him it's all fun but for me it seems to be hard work.
SilvrT Posted October 30, 2008 Share #2 Posted October 30, 2008 I used to do Tae Kwon Do but even just thinking about it tires me out! Good for the kids tho...very good in many ways.

kj4v Posted October 30, 2008 Share #4 Posted October 30, 2008 That is excellent! I know for a fact it is tough. I went to blue and everything( Forms )started running together. I also took Martial Arts with my kids and I know it was the best physical condition I was ever in. Practice often, and watch that boy grow up. The older you are the more it hurts. My favorite kick is a Chinese Crescent kick. I always love to do it but never tried it in a match so there you go,enjoy and congrats......Ken
