That is good to hear. Did they give any reason as to the faliure?

reason i was gevien is 0ne in ten thousand bikes come with a cluth ready to blow up. Wish i had that kind of luck with the lotto

Thanks to those that posted replys to my post. The Dealership called me this morning they have another brand new 2009 RSTD in the shop and are going to swap mine for the new one and all will be well.

i will keep all up to date with how it goes. The first 14.9 km of my journey were fabulous. I did notice a buble in the sight glass of the clutch.

i picked up my brand new 2009 rstd from the dealership on Friday. 15 km into my initial ride I pulled up at a red light when the light changed all of a sudden I had no gears what so ever. Although it is in deed under warantee i would love to here from the membership as to how I should handle this situation. needless to say I am very disapointed.
