Hello All

I'm now on my Second Gen#2 Venture a 2012 which replaced my original 2002 Midnight currently retired with more than 160,000 plus miles

[Isiple Ipod Adaptor]

Anyone have access to the Manual for the Isimple adaptor

It seems to be active a communicating to the Handle bar interface

However all It displays is ( 1-1) and nothing else

No sound

 

Any ideas !

I began the smaller front tire experiment some years ago before the Elite 3 was available. At that time the Metezlers and the Avons were the top contenders. I settled in on the Avons and have not tried anything else since. Now that they are discontinued, I was hoping this thread would generate some new information.

Thanks for the feedback! I have one new set of Venoms left. hopefully the Cobras will be available by the time they need replacing, and they perform just as well if not better

[Avon Venom 41 MT90-15??]

I’ve been riding with the smaller front tire for many mile now, love the performance and handling. I've tried most of the various brands mentioned on this site and my all time favorite, by far, is the Avon Venom. I’ve been looking around some of usual suppliers and it appears the MT90-15 front is No longer available. I checked Avon’s home web page in the UK and it’s no longer listed, Bummer!!! Can anyone confirm this?

[Leather braids off the hand grip?]

I had some small ones on the brake a clutch levers installed by the previous owner

They'd started flapping at speeds above 45 and shook the levers enough to knock-off the Cruse Control, very annoying. Needless to say they were gone shortly after I figured out what was happening.
