Should I charge my air ride system on my 1984 Venture XVZ1200. There is not an onboard compressor and I see a cap covering an air valve. If I'm supposed to add air how many PSI's do I add?

I just purchased a 1984 Venture XVZ12. I'd like to change the oil before driving it away from the guy's yard that I bought it from. Does anyone know how much oil goes into this bike?
