[9 flashes error codes]

I have a 1996 Royal Star and I'm experiencing problems on startup.

 

1.I turn the key and hit the start button...It fires(runs for a few seconds) up then dies.

2.Hit the start button again....It just turns but doesn't start.

 

3. Turn the key to off position

4. Hit the start button...It fires(runs for a few seconds) up then dies.

 

 

The error light (check engine light) flashes 9 times.

I looked in the service manual and I can see nothing on 9 flashes.

 

 

Has anyone experienced this before.

 

Hard to diagnose If I don't know what 9 flashes mean. Not 8 flashes but "9".

I have experienced the 8 flashes already during this bike restoration. smh.

I just bout a 97 royal star tour deluxe after getting it home I found issues the cel flashed 8 times do you know what it means and also I am currently trying to figure out why I have no spark in number 1 cylinder just a wet plug
