Awsome idea on the tool dip ill have to try that And they are cracked through unfortunately. Cant wait to get this thing on the road. I have a date with the tail of the Dragon in the spring.

Does anyone know the part number for carb boots fot 1997 Royal Star? Mine are cracked so bad and do need replacement. Dealer wants over $350 for them and won't give me part numbers and are there any after market boots that fit. I just purchased this bike after many years of riding a v- Star 650 glad I I graded but could use some direction.
