Ignition relocation

So my 98 RSTD is running great...but...it has a tendency to quit or become very difficult to start once the engine and rad are heated. I have heard from another member with this era of RSTD the location of the ignition can be a problem due to excessive heat from the motor and rad. So my question is can the ignition be relocated and if so, is there anyplace on the forum or elsewhere to get the info. I've looked but so far nada, bupkus, squat, diddly, zero.
