Alternatively, I guess I could use a pinion, although I prefer a complete unit so I don't have to order shims etc. None currently on eBay. I'd still hold onto the stock final just in case the mod doesn't work out to be a good thing. OEM MkII's show up on Ebay all the time... just not when you need one....
