Start with cold engine. Check radiator coolant bottle. Check radiator has coolant. Check to see if the bypass valve is in the run position... Not the bypass position. Under the radiator. Don't force valve. There should be a button to push in to turn... Or something like that. Don't remember and I'm not near my scoot. Check to see if fan is coming on. There usually are two switches to turn on fan, the coolant switch is up in the right side of radiator...2 wires. Don't remember if that switch turns in when grounded or with power.
