Got Phantom's side of garage(when I'm not using) cleared out so she can park car in it but didn't tell her SO when she got up 4am to get ready to go to work she couldn't see her car to remote start to warm up.She checked outside down side of house and lane-way but thought it was gone! Instead of checking garage se   woke me up  and said car was gone!  I asked her twice if she checked garage but she finally said no and went to check. When she come home at lunch she asked why!!!!  I said I thought I would be a   good  husband and let her use the garage and she said why now it is still fine out   and your welcome!and why didn't I tell her.   I said it was a surprise!  I guess she didn't get it as well as all her fellow workers who asked her  why  I did it without telling her.  So when she got home my lawn tractor and snow blower were back in that side. Then she asked if she lost it and of course I said  yes  if you don't want it I would use it!  She said she would use it when it gets more bad weather ! Just tried to be a   good husband  and share!!!!

Rode the SVTC to and from work at 32° - the heat came in handy and it was a very nice ride for a 50 mile round trip.    It gets dark really fast in the afternoon and some drivers just don't know how to pay attention to traffic.  A car simply cut in front of me from the left intersection and thankfully I recognized her that she was going to go so I had to hit my brakes stronger than normal.  It was a close call, but accident averted.   Be careful out there and enjoy the ride.

@N3FOLI also have had same instance happen lately with bike  and  truck . LOTS of people also driving with   daylight lights only(NO rear lights) don't know if they are lazy or stupid! Around here it is supposed to be against law as far as I know but see it all the time. I always ride with high-beam on during the day to hopefully be seen easier! Doesn't always work as I still get people pulling out in front of me!

Haven't got out yesterday or today as there are very high winds blowing but hopefully again before snow comes!

So your clearing the snow so you can cut the lawn and I thought my neighbor was a lawn fanatic :hurts:

@saddlebumAs I have said before the lawn tractors are not used for lawn cutting as there are no decks and one was modified 15 years ago to plow backwards with a 40" blade and the latest one has been modified to hold a 40" Berco snow blower.  Both of these are only built to cut lawn not what I use them for! Will post pics when I get them down loaded!!

Just got back from a ride(1 1/2hr) to warm up bike so I can see if mods done to my bike dolly are done right. Had to make it alot longer so bike can fit. Had to have supper so haven't had a chance to check yet.

Also here are pictures of bike dolly I got from Princess Auto. Had to modify it so bike would fit. Had to lengthen 6" and kickstand tray out 3". A lot easier to move around the garage. Can move right over to shelving and also move to edge of garage to go for ride. Have had this for a few years but am glad I finally got around to adapt and use.Much easier than wiggling back and forth and holding bike up.

Took pictures of both tractors I use for snow to show @saddlebum .

Nice I love it. Here is what I built to move snow. And the blade with 4x4 draw bar removed is light enough to carry under one arm or toss up on the rafters for the summer. I can angle the blade behind the truck are out past either side of the truck or even turn it completely around to push the snow rather than pull. The whole thing only takes fifteen minutes to mount to my trailer hitch. It worked so well the first year that the driveway hardly got any snow the last two years I didn't even have to use it.

About half an inch of snow is expected to arrive early Monday morning, but only up to half an inch. Hoping for less and I hope the snow crew doesn’t go crazy on the salt.   That is the bad news.   Towards the end of the week is looking a little better.   Looking forward to at least log in my first ride of 2022 soon.

I thought we were going to get a lot of snow ❄️ a couple of days ago, but it totally missed my area.  Virginia, D.C. and south of Baltimore got the brunt of the storm.   Now I am waiting for the rain clouds to come, because the snow crew dropped lots of rock salt along my route but the snow never came.   😟. It might be looking good next week.
