After I drain all of the oil and replace the bottom O ring I replace the oil with 125ml of Honda 10w Suspension Fluid. I use a cheap ($5) meat injector from Walmart to replace the oil. After removing the needle it screws directly onto the schrader valve. I've attached O ring replacement instructions, a photo and a drawing of a simple tool I designed to make the job easy.
