HORSE-USMVMC Posted May 22, 2008 Share #1 Posted May 22, 2008 Today When I Went To Start My Scoot, Turn Key On And Heard A Buzzing Sound Coming Down Around The Battery. After Searching For The Sound Found It To Be From The Starter Circuit Cut-off Relay. Locate Under The Right Hand Side Panel (little Blue Relay With Four Wires Into It). Went To My Dealer And He Pulled One Off Of A 08 Model (same Number On Part). When I Replaced The Relay The Buzzing Was Still There. This Relay Is Wired To The Kickstand Switch , Clutch Switch And Neutral Switch. Does Anyone Have A Idea On Where To Look Now. Cannot Find The Other Connectors To Disconnect The Three Switches One At A Time To See If I Can Isolate The Problem Causing The Buzzing Sound.
