Venturous Randy Posted March 19, 2020 Share #1 Posted March 19, 2020 The going rate for oil is below $23 a barrel, the lowest in 18 years. In looking at gasbuddy.com, reg gas is down to $1.33 south of Evansville, IN. Locally, here in NE TN, we seem to be dropping slower than most places. We are still running about $2 a gallon. Other that Asheville, NC, which is always higher, most of NC is lower than we are. Dropping down into SC is even lower. What gas prices are you seeing? Heimdog Posted March 20, 2020 Share #10 Posted March 20, 2020 I saw $1.65 yesterday (Mar 19) in Madison, WI area. A little higher in the city, lower in the "burbs." I want to fill up my car's tank but I haven't been anywhere but to work and back. In a week I'm still 7/8 full. Ya, it's about a 7 mile commute for me, most of it highway. Venturous Randy Posted March 21, 2020 Author Share #11 Posted March 21, 2020 Gasbuddy.com is showing gas down to .99 cents down in South Caroline. Areas around Evansville, IN are down to $1.14 a gallon. Oil prices are less that $20. But, not going anywhere, so it don't matter much.
