Sunday morning Ride!

Doreen and I had a great morning. We went for what may be our last cycle ride of the season. We rode to Flandreau for breakfast at the casino. From there we rode State highways and county roads through Brookings, Esteline, around Lake Poinsette, through Arlington and back to Madison. This was a total of 143 miles and used about 4 1/2 Gallons of gas. Should have gotten better fuel mileage, but nest spring with new plugs, wires, oil change and tires should help with that. Beautiful day for a ride, we even had to exchange our leather coats for for our denim jackets. Bike ran great! With the outrigger setup it ws so smooth on the highway and my lower back does not hurt at all! I just hope that there will be more warm weather before the white stuff comes.

Stay safe,

Dave

Glad to hear y'all are enjoying the trike as much as I am loving the 84. The only reason i ride the 01 now is when the 84 is low on gas and I am in a hurry up until last week. The small little leak on the kickstand (clutch slave cylinder) became a big leak (my aggressive riding style quickened that death). I'll replace it soon and be back on the road in no time.

Thanks again for everything. I am glad we both found bikes we can love.
