BRandx51 Posted June 19, 2014 Share #5 Posted June 19, 2014 I had the same thing happen to me when I was on a bicycle when I was 14, car pulled in front of me to pull into a gas station, I hit the back fender and over I went. I was going down a slight hill and doing I'd say 30 mph, landed right on my backpack and only had a scrapped elbow. Bent the front rim, the guy gave me a ride home and 20 bucks to fix the rim, it could have been a lot worse.

Eck Posted June 20, 2014 Share #8 Posted June 20, 2014 (Quote) the biker was not a fault the other guy was charged! Police say Smith did not have the required motorcycle endorsement on his driver's license. You can bet the biker was charged for no endorsement on his license. My opinion is, he should not have been riding the bike!!!!!!!!!!!
